 Home of the Peaky Blinders...

Itinerary:  Coach this morning to the Black Country Living Museum for a jam-packed day. On arrival we have included an introductory tour letting you know all about this unique attraction. Following this you will also be treated to an authentic Victorian School lesson from when ‘rules were rules’.

After this you will have free time to explore this open-air museum giving you time to meet the costumed characters, visit the shops and houses of the period, try your hand at the fairground or even view live demonstrations in the forges. Don’t forget while you are there to make sure you see the vintage transport collection and meet the resident animals. Many of you may recognise several areas due to the “The Peaky Blinders” recording numerous scenes here.

No doubt after all this you will start feeling peckish (or even fancy a drink). There is the choice of either a traditional 1930s fish and chip shop or ‘spit and sawdust’ pub.

As a final treat we have booked a canal boat cruise down Dudley Canal Tunnels to explore 428 million years of history.

Your coach will be waiting to take you home at around 4pm.

Price Includes: Entry to Museum, Introductory Talk, Victorian School Lesson and Canal Boat Cruise
