DAY 1: On our way to Scotland we stop overnight in the Lake District at the Shap Wells hotel.
DAY 2: We head to Gourock in Scotland and take ferry over to Dunoon. We stay for 4 nights at the Esplanade hotel.
DAY 3: A scenic meandering drive to Loch Lomand. After a while at Loch Lomond we visit the attractive seaside town of Helensburgh.
DAY 4: We’ll enjoy another picture-postcard drive through the Argyll Forest and along the shores of Loch Fyne and spend time in Inveraray.
DAY 5: Today is left free so you can explore Dunoon at your own pace.
DAY 6: We leave Scotland and break our journey home with an overnight stay in Lancashire at the Legacy hotel.
DAY 7: We complete the final leg of our journey home.
