T&T Warner's Bembridge Coast Hotel, Isle of Wight (K)

great location, really nice spacious accommodation. The dining room staff were not very helpful when i asked for a table allocation near the buffet (I have mobility problems). The entertainment crew was small but they were professional and put on excellent shows. All types of musical tastes were catered for and the resident band were first class. I would be happy to return there for another holiday, just hoping i don't get the grumpy unhelpful dining room staff again! That said, our personal waiter was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for him.

New Year at the Headland Hotel, Torquay (A+D)

Once again The Headland Hotel and GB tours gave us a fantastic New Year Break 2024. Love this hotel and yes when you check out this break it seems expensive but when you consider the hotel, the food, the entertainment and the brilliant staff you cannot go wrong. A big shout out to James (bar manager) who is brilliant as his job. The brilliant Gordon was our driver as he was in 2023, feedback from some of the Headland Hotel staff was glowing and we tend to agree with them. We are now looking to book for 2025 New Year break, in our opinion it is well worth the cost.
