Day 1: Hop on our coach for a leisurely drive to the Devon coast. We’ll arrive at our hotel in Babbacombe sometime in the afternoon, and have time to settle in and freshen up before dinner.
Day 2: After breakfast we embark on our first day out to explore the local area. First off we head to Sidmouth, a popular tourist resort and gateway to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. This charming town has beautiful gardens and leisurely walks.
After a short stop we set off down the coast to Dawlish, a traditional seaside town with a wonderful golden sandy beach on its doorstep.
Day 3: Today we enjoy a morning trip to the pleasant South Devon town of Dartmouth, situated on the River Dart estuary. You’ll love the colourful harbour, with its fishing boats, as well as the plentiful independent shops and traditional park, complete with bandstand.
Then we head into the centre of the popular resort of Torquay, where you have some free time to explore.
Day 4: Sadly, it’s time to bid farewell to Devon and leave for home after our last hearty breakfast.
