Travel Insurance

Although it is not compulsory, we do strongly recommend that our holidaymakers hold some form of travel insurance when they join one of our tours. Now more than ever travel insurance is a vital part of booking a holiday, giving you protection against a range of unforeseen circumstances that could otherwise spoil your holiday. It is important that you purchase travel insurance that properly covers your participation in whatever activities you may undertake at the time that you make your booking. You do not have to purchase travel insurance through GB TOURS, but if you don’t have your own cover already in place and do want to take out travel insurance to cover your trip with us, we have arranged an insurance policy tailored for our holidaymakers demands and needs – no premium loadings if you are aged 65 years over, plus all policies include cover if you receive a positive COVID-19 diagnosis within 14 days of your scheduled departure date and have to cancel your trip. Cover also includes non-UK medical treatment and additional accommodation, repatriation and travel expenses if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 during your trip.
