Day 1: Join your coach for a leisurely drive to Warwick.Warwick is a pretty and intriguing town, steeped in history and heritage including the magnificent Warwick Castle or the ancient artefacts in St Mary’s Church or the Lord Leycester Hospital – a Beautiful 14th and 15th century timber-framed buildings clustered around the Norman gateway into Warwick.
After some time here we head to our hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: After breakfast we leave for the centre of Stratford, where we enjoy some free time.Famously the birthplace of playwright William Shakespeare, Stratford is a beautiful and compact town, which is easy to get around and has plenty of attractions - whether you’re a fan of the Bard or not. Popular sites to seek out include the house where Shakespeare was born; Holy Trinity Church, where he is buried; and the beautiful cottage where his wife Anne Hathaway lived. Or you can just stroll along the river if you wish – it’s up to you!We head for home mid-afternoon.Price pp based on 2 sharing includes: Coach travel, 1-night D/B/B basis (2-course dinner).
