Powderham Castle: A Journey Through History and Beauty
Dating back to the 14th century, the castle is still the ancestral home of the Courtenay family, the Earls of Devon, and has been lovingly preserved over the centuries. Inside the castle, guided tours reveal grand state rooms, hidden doors, and fascinating stories of the Courtenay family. The Victorian Kitchen, State Dining Room, and Music Room are among the highlights, showcasing ornate interiors and period furnishings.
