Day 1: We arrive at our hotel in the small town of Street in Somerset this afternoon for 4 nights.
Day 2: We head to Wells – England’s smallest city, with a magnificent medieval town centre. Do visit the Bishop’s Palace, one of Somerset’s most ancient buildings and home to the Bishop of Bath and Wells for over 800 years. The gardens of the Palace are a treat in their own right, and the architecturally stunning Cathedral is just a stone’s throw away.
Day 3: A trip into Bath. One of England’s most attractive cities. Lots of free time to wander, explore, shop, get some lunch, visit the Roman Baths, take an open top bus – the choice is yours and there’s plenty to choose from.
Day 4: A free day to enjoy Street and don’t forget – just a stroll from the town is ‘Clarks’ – as super outlet village with lots of bargains!
Day 5: We head for home after a last, hearty breakfast.
