Day 1: We arrive ‘on board’ at our hotel mid-afternoon.
Day 2: A tour of splendid Leighton Hall with refreshments and later we enjoy free time in the city of Lancaster.
Day 3: First visit of the day is a refreshment stop at Brockholes Nature Reserve, then we go on to Queen Street Mill for a fascinating guided tour.
Day 4: Today is left free so you can relax and explore Lytham and St Annes at your own pace and there’s lots to see and enjoy in this quintessential seaside town including;-
- St Annes Beach has wide sandy stretches, dunes and a classic Victorian pier with cafés, amusements and sea views — nice for a stroll or ice cream by the sea.
- You can walk along the promenade, relax in the Promenade Gardens or simply enjoy the coastal breeze.
- The town centres in both Lytham and St Annes have independent shops, cafés, bakeries and spots to sit with a drink.
- There’s history and heritage to explore, like Lytham Windmill and traditional gardens.
- Fairhaven Lake and Gardens lies between the two towns and is great for a peaceful walk or birds and nature watching.
- Cafés, local eateries and laid-back spots make it easy to enjoy lunch, a seaside drink or a takeaway while you watch the waves.
Day 5: After a last hearty breakfast we ‘disembark’ and make our way home.

Friendly service and a peaceful atmosphere make it ideal for a short seaside break.
